Improving your fitness is a slow process. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses when they show up at our doors. Some members struggle with mobility, others with stability, others yet come to us two months after having knee surgery and need to be tended with care. And on the other end of the spectrum, some athletes arrive at our door well conditioned with an extensive athletic background. With personal training we can help you become accustomed to all the movements you will see in group classes. This will help you move along faster in a class and will give you more confidence when you walk in the door. You will also know exactly how to scale and movements during a class if need be.
The beauty of personal training is that we can work with you personally to work on exactly what you want. IF your goals are strictly weight loss, you want to improve Olympic lifting, improve mobility, or you play a specific sport that you want to train for.
